It is no surprise that workers are not individually matched well to their job requirements. With a need for cash driving accepting whatever employment most can get, possibly the majority of the workforce is either dissatisfied or poorly suited to the positions that they hold. Yet, skills, education, and experience, although inefficient indicators of future employment success, continue to be used as the primary measurement tool for employment suitability. The book will be the product of research currently underway confirming simple motivational measurements that very well may become the new standard for candidate selection.
