Jae Inglish PhD and Garrett Fisher are leading a study that seeks to measure and quantify motivational characteristics as they primarily express themselves through commerce. The problem we seek to solve is the disconnect between what consumers and employees are seeking when making transactions and available options. In order to preserve the integrity of subject data, we are limiting public information until the study is completed and findings are published.
